retail.\nOptimise model performance and ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability.\nConduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks applicable to the retail domain.\nEnsure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on retail applications.\nStrong programming skills in Python and SQL.\nExperience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.\nExperience with LLM and GenAI models.\nProficiency in deploying models using cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), GCP preferred.\nFamiliarity with MLOps tools and practices (e. g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.\nExperience with customer analytics, retail forecasting, and recommendation systems.\nKnowledge of retail systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.\nExposure to big data
