In this role, you will support the team with day-to-day tasks related\nto the digital tools and platforms that Falck employees rely on every day —\nfrom collaboration and productivity tools to endpoint management and hybrid\ninfrastructure.\nYou will work closely with colleagues\nacross the Digital Workplace team and IT, gaining hands-on experience with\nenterprise technologies, documentation, testing, and operational support. This\nis a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while\ncontributing to meaningful work in an international organization.\nWe build our Digital Workplace on the\nMicrosoft platform, using modern tools across Microsoft 365, cloud, identity,\nand endpoint management (for example Intune) to create a secure and modern\nfoundation. We also use other vendors when needed, but the Microsoft platform\nremains the core. As new technologies emerge, we're quick to adopt them —\nkeeping our workplace solutions current, scalable, and ready for what's next.\nZakres obowiązków\nSupport the Digital Workplace team with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks related to workplace solutions and projects.\nHelp prepare and maintain technical documentation, meeting notes, and status updates.\nAssist with testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting in lab, pilot, or production environments.\nContribute to research on new technologies, tools, and vendor solutions relevant to the Digital Workplace domain.\nSupport the team in areas such as endpoint management, collaboration platforms, software distribution, and user services.\nCollaborate with colleagues across IT, project teams, and external partners to help keep work moving forward.\nTake part in workshops, demos, and internal discussions, and help capture decisions and follow-up actions.\nLearn from experienced colleagues and gradually build your understanding of workplace architecture, cloud services, and modern endpoint management.\nWymagania\n\nYou are currently studying a\nrelevant field such as IT, computer science, engineering, information systems,\nor a related discipline.\n\nYou are interested in\nworkplace technologies, Microsoft 365, cloud services, or digital tools that\nsupport employees.\n\nYou have a structured and\ncurious mindset and enjoy learning new systems and processes.\n\nYou are comfortable working\nwith documentation, presentations, and basic analysis.\n\nYou communicate clearly and\nprofessionally in English, both written and spoken.\n\nYou are proactive, reliable,\nand able to manage your time effectively alongside your studies.\n\nExperience with Microsoft\nIntune,
