This role will contribute to the design of critical analog and RF building blocks used in advanced RF front-end architectures. The position requires strong technical expertise and close collaboration with RFIC designers, system engineers, layout engineers, and test teams to deliver robust semiconductor solutions from concept through silicon validation.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and develop analog and RF integrated circuit blocks including bias networks, regulators, amplifiers, and supporting analog circuitry.\nPerform schematic design, circuit simulation, and performance optimization using industry-standard design tools.\nCollaborate with RFIC designers and system engineers to integrate analog circuits into RF front-end architectures.\nWork with layout engineers to ensure designs meet performance, area, and reliability requirements.\nSupport silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated chips.\nDocument design methodologies, simulation results, and measurement data.\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n1-3 year of Experience with analog circuit design.\nStrong understanding of analog circuit design principles and semiconductor device behavior.\nMust be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA. \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience designing analog or RF circuits in CMOS, SOI, or similar semiconductor processes.\nFamiliarity with RFIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or ADS.\nUnderstanding of RF front-end architectures and wireless communication systems.\nExperience supporting silicon validation and measurement of integrated circuits. \nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary and Equity Package\nComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave\nDisclosure:\nFalcomm is an Equal Opportunity Employer;
