A successful candidate will oversee the reliability and scalability of enterprise infrastructure while supporting EDA tools, simulation clusters, and Linux compute environments used by engineering teams.\nResponsibilities:\nManage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization environments.\nDeploy, maintain, and optimize EDA environments used for RFIC and semiconductor design\nCollaborate with the external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.\nAdminister Cadence design tools and related toolchains\nManage EDA license servers and license utilization\nMaintain Linux-based compute clusters used for simulation and verification\nOptimize compute infrastructure for EDA simulation workloads\nManage Linux infrastructure (RHEL / Ubuntu / CentOS) supporting engineering teams\nMaintain high-performance storage systems used for design data\nDevelop scripts and automation to improve infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency\nAutomate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Python, Bash, or similar tools\nMaintain corporate IT infrastructure including servers, networking, and cloud services\nManage authentication systems, backups, and disaster recovery\nSupport internal teams with infrastructure needs\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field\n3-5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or engineering compute environments\nStrong Linux system administration experience\nExperience supporting EDA tools \nExperience managing software license servers\nStrong understanding of:\nNetworking\nStorage systems\nLinux environments\nEngineering compute infrastructure\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nMust be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience supporting RFIC, ASIC, or semiconductor design teams\nExperience with HPC clusters or distributed compute systems\nExperience with automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and infrastructure automation\nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary and Equity Package\nComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave\nDisclosure:\nFalcomm is an Equal Opportunity Employer;
