In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our organization, ensuring seamless technology operations, maintaining robust IT asset records, and delivering high-quality support to end users across the company.\nLocation: Gurgaon\nJob Type: Full-Time\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. IT Support & Technical Assistance:\nServe as the primary point of escalation for internal technical issues, providing Tier 1-3 support for hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems involving Windows, macOS, Linux, printers, peripheral devices, and cloud-based systems.\nOnboard and offboard employees by provisioning equipment, setting up account credentials, managing access rights, and conducting technical orientations.\nManage and resolve tickets in a timely manner according to defined service level agreements (SLAs).\n2. System Maintenance & Repair:\nPerform hands-on hardware repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and system re-imaging for laptops, desktops, and workstations.\nManage operating system updates, application patch deployments, system configurations, and antivirus software across all enterprise endpoints.\nMonitor system performance, uptime, and network Connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) to proactively prevent system outages.\nMaintain backup systems, system recovery processes, and data integrity protocols.\n3. IT Asset Management & Life Cycle:\nOversee full-lifecycle IT asset management-from procurement, tagging, and inventory tracking to decommissioning and eco-friendly disposal.\nMaintain accurate inventory records of software licenses, hardware equipment, loaner devices, and peripherals in the Asset Management System.\nConduct regular asset audits to ensure compliance, track inventory location, and optimize hardware usage.\nCoordinate vendor relationships, hardware repair requests, warranty claims, and lease returns.\nQualifications & Skills:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, desktop engineering, or systems administrator role.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nIn-depth knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and basic Linux commands.\nHands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers).\nFamiliarity with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID) and identity management platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).\nExperience using IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools (e.g., Snipe-IT, Jamf, Intune).\nBasic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Routers, Switches, Firewalls).\nKey Competencies:\nProblem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities under pressure.\nCommunication: Clear oral and written communication skills to convey technical topics to non-technical users.\nOrganization: Strong attention to detail in asset documentation, ticket logging, and inventory
