This position is responsible for working with existing institutional clients and identifying opportunities across the full product suite. This role will be tasked with working with large complex clients, continuously establishing deep customer relationships, and providing valuable market color to clients, among other responsibilities.\nResponsibilities\nPortfolio Optimization: Execute sophisticated account management strategies to deepen the footprint within the existing institutional client base.\nService Integration: Identify and qualify opportunities for clients to utilize additional FalconX services, with a primary focus on driving adoption of derivatives trading and credit and lending solutions.\nRelationship Orchestration: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers through proactive consultation.\nStrategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to ensure sales deliverables and account growth strategies align with broader business objectives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with middle and back office to deliver exemplary client satisfaction and integrated service delivery.\nMarket Presence: Identify market trends and generate ideas to stay in front of clients.\nRequirements\nExperience: 3-5+ years of experience in institutional finance, markets background preferred\nTechnical Depth: Deep knowledge of various derivatives, structured products, and/or lending. Understanding of cryptocurrencies, underlying blockchain technology, and the evolving global regulatory landscape is helpful.\nCommunication Skills: Remarkable negotiation skills and the ability to succinctly relay complex value propositions to sophisticated stakeholders.\nOperational Excellence: Ability to administer large, complex client accounts with superior attention to detail, organization, and time management.\nMindset: You will be working very closely with teammates across sales and trading - ability to drive coordination and communication across teams is required. \nProduct Fluency: Familiarity with the FalconX product ecosystem, specifically trading and prime brokerage services.\nCompensation:\nThis is a full-time position with an expected annual base compensation of $128,000-$162,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
