closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nEnsure best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.\nContinuously improve system reliability, security, and scalability to handle fintech-grade workloads.\nOwn the functional reliability and uptime of 24x7 live services, ensuring minimal downtime and quick incident resolution.\nChampion both functional and non-functional quality attributes, such as performance, availability, scalability, and maintainability.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of hands-on software development experience with a track record of building scalable and distributed systems.\nMinimum 1 year of experience managing/mentoring a team.\nShould have worked on consumer-facing systems in a B2C environment.\nExpertise in high-level system design and low-level implementation design, with experience handling high-scale, low-latency applications.\nStrong coding skills in languages like Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin.\nExperience with databases and query optimisations, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL (DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc. ).\nDeep understanding of data pipelines, event-driven systems, and distributed messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.\nProficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes).\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills with a passion for performance optimisation.\nGood to have:\nPrior experience in fintech, payments, lending, or banking domains.\nExposure to real-time analytics and big data technologies (Spark, Flink, Presto, ClickHouse, etc. ).\nExperience with containerization and microservices architecture.\nOpen-source contributions or active participation in tech
