engagement activities, and cultural events.\nCross-Functional Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure pending operational tasks are completed on time.\nProcess Automation: Spot repetitive, manual tasks in your workflow and explore ways to automate them using AI tools and simple integrations.\n SOP Maintenance: Draft and update process guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep internal documentation fresh.\nMust-Haves\nHighly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy in records and data\nGood working knowledge of Excel.\nStrong follow-up skills and ownership of tasks from start to finish\nYou close loops, meet timelines, and keep things running smoothly without needing reminders.\nClear and prompt
