Using generative AI, intelligent agents, document intelligence and workflow automation, you’ll simplify complex processes, eliminate repetitive tasks and help teams work more effectively.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork alongside business and manufacturing teams to identify bottlenecks and simplify processes using Lean principles.\nBuild and deploy AI applications, intelligent agents, RAG solutions and automated workflows that solve practical operational challenges.\nConnect enterprise systems through reliable data pipelines, APIs and reusable integrations, improving data quality and accessibility.\nDevelop document automation solutions supporting activities such as customer quotations, quality reviews and reporting.\nTake solutions from prototype to production using Microsoft Azure and sound engineering practices, including testing, monitoring and appropriate human oversight.\nPartner with IT and Quality to ensure security, data integrity and regulatory compliance where applicable.\nTrain users, drive adoption and work with IT to establish ongoing support and maintenance.\nMeasure results through time saved, shorter lead times, improved quality and validated savings, scaling successful solutions across FAMAR.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nMin. 3 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI development or intelligent process automation.\nProven ability to map, analyse, challenge and simplify end-to-end processes together with business teams.\nStrong collaboration skills, with a track record of delivering results jointly with operational, IT and Quality teams.\nDemonstrated experience developing and deploying production-ready AI applications in operational environments.\nStrong hands-on engineering capabilities, including application development, data pipelines, APIs, automated workflows and production deployment.\nExperience integrating diverse enterprise systems, data sources and AI solutions into business processes.\nPractical experience with LLM applications, intelligent agents, RAG architectures or workflow automation.\nExperience with cloud technologies and data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nAbility to translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical technical solutions.\nExperience with ERP, QMS, CRM or other enterprise systems would be advantageous; MES or LIMS experience would be a plus for future initiatives.\nExperience with document intelligence or enterprise workflow platforms would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of GxP, Computerized System Validation and data integrity principles would be an asset.\nExposure to Lean methodologies or business process improvement would be advantageous.\nWhy join FAMAR?\nBring your engineering skills to a European pharmaceutical manufacturing and development group with more than 75 years of expertise and products supplied to 80 international markets.\nSee your work in action.
