Serving more than 120 customers across 80+ countries and supporting a portfolio of approximately 1,700 SKUs, we are committed to meeting the evolving needs of the healthcare industry and enhancing the lives and wellbeing of patients worldwide.\nWe are currently seeking aProduction & Packaging Technician to join our team in Alimos, Greece.\nRole Description\nThe position holder will report to the Production and Packaging Maintenance Support Engineer, ensuring the smooth operation of pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment, the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan, and the troubleshooting and repair of equipment faults, while always complying with the plant’s GMP, Health and Safety rules.\nMain responsibilities:\nMonitors and ensures the proper operation of the mechanical equipment in the Production and Packaging areas of the Injectable Products plant, including preparation machines and networks (pumps, heat exchangers, CIP/SIP installations), sterilization autoclaves, ampoule and vial filling machines, ampoule inspection and integrity testing machines, and vial packaging machines.\nCarries out and applies the preventive maintenance plan for the Production and Packaging machines of the plant, according to the maintenance schedule and instructions, while also completing the required maintenance forms.\nEnsures the smooth operation and restoration of machines after a breakdown. Reviews possible actions to prevent recurrence of the fault and informs the supervisor accordingly.\nParticipates in and implements proposals for improving machine operation with the aim of ensuring and/or improving the quality of the products produced.\nEnsures the timely completion of the required actions related to “CAPA ACTIONS” as recorded in the corresponding lists.\nMonitors spare parts inventory levels to ensure sufficient quantities are available in the warehouse and informs the Supervisor of any necessary procurement.\nManages the technical manuals of the equipment.\nEnsures the completion of corrective/preventive actions in coordination with the supervisor and the Department Director.\nImmediately informs the supervisor of unsafe conditions related to the Health and Safety of the plant’s equipment and personnel.\nCandidate Profile:\nDegree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering, or a degree from a related Technical School.\n2-5 years of experience in industry.
