This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.\nHow you will make an impact:\nOverseeing the process of loading containers and packages at the docks. This includes ensuring that goods are properly loaded onto transportation vehicles safely.\nEnsuring that all necessary receiving documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists, are complete and accurate. This helps prevent errors in the logistics process and product distribution.\nPhysically verifying goods to ensure they match the quantities and descriptions on the shipping documents. This may involve using inventory control systems, barcode scanners, or RFID systems.\nSupervising the workflow at the dock to ensure operations are efficient and timely. This may involve coordinating with the operations team, truck drivers and other workers.\nMaintaining clear communication with other departments in the shipping operation, such as planning, transportation, to ensure smooth operations.\nObserving and reporting any damage or discrepancies in the loading process and coordinating necessary actions to address the issue\nWhat you bring to the team:\nStrong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.\nPrior Dock Clerk Experience\nWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems such as FMS, DMS & TMS preferred.\nCertified or willing to become PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) trained.\nWell-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nDependable and reliable, with a clear understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.\nDemonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills.\nGreat organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong verbal and written bilingual communication skills\nAt Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
