This is a full-stack role with real end-to-end ownership spanning application development, APIs and integrations, data processing, cloud infrastructure, production support, incident resolution, security remediation, and operational readiness. This role is expected to:\nApply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes\nUse data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance\nDemonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working\nContribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\nCAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING\nRequired Qualifications:\n3-6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record delivering production software as an individual contributor, including full-stack ownership across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and operational concerns.\nProficiency with React and TypeScript for building customer-facing web applications, and proficiency in at least one backend language among Go, Python, or Node.js with willingness to work across the others.\nProduction experience on AWS, including compute (ECS/EKS, Lambda), storage (S3), managed databases (RDS), and messaging services (SQS/SNS, EventBridge).\nExperience designing scalable APIs, data workflows, batch and asynchronous processing pipelines, and system integrations in a production environment.\nStrong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills using logs, metrics, traces, and data, with the ability to implement durable fixes rather than short-term patches.\nSolid understanding of secure coding practices, dependency management, authorization models, secrets handling, and CI/CD security hardening.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively alongside product, business, platform, security, and support partners on ambiguous, end-to-end problems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in wholesale commerce, order management, catalog, product, inventory, or fulfillment domains.\nExposure to Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) or the broader Salesforce commerce ecosystem.\nExperience with relational database design, query optimization, and schema migration at scale using PostgreSQL or MySQL.\nExperience with messaging and event-driven integration patterns such as Pub/Sub, SQS/SNS, Kafka, or EventBridge.\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK) and GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling.\nExperience with application modernization, architecture, or platform migration initiatives.\nWORK LOCATION\nHybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Hyderabad, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy.
