This role partners with cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, and customer operations to ensure operational excellence throughout the supply chain. The Junior Supply Chain Manager delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.\nHOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT\nSuccess is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.\nTeam & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)\nPartner with Merchandising Directors and designers to align seasonal apparel development with brand strategy and market needs, ensuring cross-functional collaboration at every stage of production.\nCoordinate with local operations, logistics partners, and offshore vendors to ensure seamless handover of shipments and shared accountability for production timelines.\nSupport planning and reporting accuracy initiatives across teams, surfacing data-driven insights that enable continuous performance improvement.\nFan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)\nEnsure the timely and accurate delivery of sports licensed apparel to fans by managing factory negotiations, order placement, and production tracking with a focus on quality and competitive pricing.\nMonitor quality control throughout the production lifecycle, resolving issues proactively to maintain the high standards fans expect from officially licensed merchandise.\nOversee forecasting and vendor coordination to anticipate demand shifts and maintain product availability across local and offshore channels.\nCommunicate clearly with factories and partners to ensure delivery commitments are met and fan-facing deadlines are never compromised.\nInnovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)\nIdentify opportunities to streamline import and customs clearance processes for goods entering South Korea, reducing lead times and operational friction.\nLeverage ERP systems and digital tools to improve inventory visibility, order tracking accuracy, and production data integrity.\nApply forecasting and capacity planning methodologies to anticipate supply chain constraints and develop proactive solutions.\nContinuously evaluate vendor performance and sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and quality improvements across the apparel supply chain.\nOwnership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)\nOwn the full production cycle from material sourcing through factory management, ensuring orders are negotiated, placed, tracked, and delivered on time and within budget.\nManage international imports of goods into South Korea from overseas factories, including end-to-end coordination of the customs clearance process.\nMaintain production scheduling and vendor relationship management for both local and offshore apparel vendors, ensuring operational readiness at every transition point.\nLead supply chain reporting with a high degree of accuracy, taking personal accountability for data quality and performance metrics across planning and logistics functions.\nAI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY\nWe are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:\nApply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes\nUse data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance\nDemonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working\nContribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\nCAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience sourcing materials, negotiating and managing orders, and overseeing apparel production - especially licensed products - including product costing.\nStrong knowledge of international logistics, customs, and import operations, with particular expertise in imports into South Korea.\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with merchandising and design teams to develop seasonal apparel lines.\nProficiency with ERP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and production data accuracy.\nStrong forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor relationship management capabilities.\nFluency in Korean and English preferred, with a solid understanding of global business environments.\nExperience at a sports or licensed apparel company, or with global brands and leagues, is a strong plus.\nWORK LOCATION\nHybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Seoul Korea, to the Company's current hybrid work policy.
