Reporting to the Director, Golf Retail & Partnerships. This role will act as the key link between rights holders, corporate partners, suppliers, and internal teams. You will oversee the entire order lifecycle, from catalogue creation, product development and sell-in, order receipt and management, supplier liaison, branding coordination, order logistics, final delivery and financial reconciliation. As the programme grows, the role will expand to support additional Fanatics rights holder partnerships across multiple sports.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and oversee the full end to end corporate sale programme for the DPWT and Ryder Cup in 2027, managing annual budgets and putting in processes and building relationships to achieve sales forecasts\nServe as the primary contact for rights holders and their corporate partners.\nCreate, present and manage partner merchandise catalogues and product selections.\nWork with suppliers on bespoke product development where necessary\nReceive and process customer orders, quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing requirements.\nCoordinate supplier orders, production schedules, inventory availability and bespoke branding requirements.\nTrack orders through fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.\nResolve operational issues and maintain high service standards.\nAttend key partner on-site events to support merchandise operations and manage requests and liaisons.\nSupport the development of scalable processes as the programme expands across Fanatics partnerships.\nReceive and resolve all client enquiries.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in account management, customer operations, product development, merchandising, or B2B order management.\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nCommercially minded with a strong customer service focus.\nExperience managing rights holders and suppliers\nExperience with bespoke product development desirable\nVery high attention to detail and ability to manage orders from inception to delivery.\nExceptionally organised and able to be flexible to meet partner needs.\nAble to ectively prioritise and the ability to manage many projects concurrently.\nAt Fanatics, we operate with a BOLD mindset - We Build Championship Teams, we’re Obsessed with Fans, we embrace a Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit, and we approach every challenge with a Determined and Relentless Mindset.
