Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally. \nThe role\nYou'll design the paid acquisition and retention creative that does the heavy lifting for Fanatics Casino, and build out the visual system behind it so it's faster to produce, easier to test and better looking than anything else in the category. You'll bring hands-on design and innovation, playing into current trends and inventing new ones.\nPerformance design at our scale means real volume, constant testing, many states and plenty of compliance requirements. We want you to make it a craft.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign across performance media: paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate and CRM.\nBuild and improve modular, test-ready templates and component libraries that allow rapid versioning while every asset still feels crafted.\nDesign state-by-state and market-by-market compliance lockups (responsible gaming messaging, age requirements, terms) that are clear, legible and on-brand.\nPartner with Paid Media and Analytics on structured tests (layout, offer presentation, imagery, colour, CTA) and turn the results into better design decisions.\nWork alongside designers, motion designers and creative ops on shared projects.\nKeep static and animated assets forming a single system with Motion.\nExplore dynamic creative, automation and AI-assisted versioning workflows.\nHand off clean files: correct naming, sensible versioning, layers someone else can open.\nWhat you bring\n5+ years in graphic or digital design, with significant performance or direct-response work.\nA portfolio showing high-volume performance creative and strong craft side by side.\nDeep experience with design systems and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design programmes.\nA working understanding of performance metrics, and examples of design decisions you made because of data.\nExperience producing design output across multiple markets and regulatory requirements.\nStrong typography, hierarchy and layout skills at small sizes on busy feeds.\nSpeed and accuracy together: you can move fast and get it right.\nThe ability to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving.\nBonus points\niGaming, sportsbook, fintech or app-based subscription experience.\nExperience with DCO platforms or creative automation tools.\nExperience designing app store assets.\nYour first 90 days\nYou'll get to know our performance creative, ship live work across paid and CRM, and bring us the biggest efficiency and quality gains you can see in how we produce it.\nFor information about our benefits, please visit https://benefitsatfanatics.com/\nRanges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
