This team partners closely with Customer Experience (CX), Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Payments, and Financial Operations organizations to build scalable systems and operational tooling that support millions of users and transactions globally.\nThe Role\nAs a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of operational platforms, automation systems, integrations, and tooling that improve customer support workflows, trust and safety investigations, fraud detection operations, and financial operations efficiency.\nDesign, build, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and operational tooling\nSupport operational workflows across CX, Trust & Safety, and Financial Operations platforms\nDevelop automation solutions that reduce manual operational effort and improve scalability\nPartner cross-functionally with operations teams to translate business workflows into technical solutions\nParticipate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions\nContribute to service reliability, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices\nSupport incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis\nParticipate in agile planning, sprint execution, and continuous improvement initiatives\nMentor and support junior engineers where appropriate\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years of professional software engineering experience\nExperience building backend systems and APIs using Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go\nExperience with AWS cloud services\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nCode-Writing Contribution\nCode-writing is a core expectation for Software Engineers.
