The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, confident in their communication and have good numerical and organisational skills.\nRequirements:\n\nThe following requirements apply:\nGrade 12 or equivalent;\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barman/Bartender in a 4-star or 5-star establishment;\nSound knowledge of cocktails and liquors;\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;\nA friendly, professional and guest-focused approach;\nGood numerical and organisational skills.\nBar skills training and working knowledge of a Point-of-Sale (POS) system will be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:\n\nThe Barman will be responsible for providing efficient and professional bar service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, stock control and guest service.
