We are now accepting applications for a Golf Reservations Coordinator - someone to ensure that all golf reservations and enquiries are timeously processed and accurate data captured efficiently to exceed guests’ expectations.\nThe ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with good telephone etiquette, must be able to provide guests/ members with excellent service and must be reliable, honest and organised. Golf knowledge will be advantageous.\nWe consider the following as essential: \nQualifications & Experience: \nGrade 12 or equivalent,\nAt least 2 years working experience in general office administration and a working knowledge of MS Office are essential.\nDuties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time): Make golf bookings for individuals or small groups,\nCompile and distribute the daily Tee sheet and forward to the relevant parties,\nPrint golf cart rental list and forward to the Pro-shop,\nAssisting the Golf Coordinator with golf days, groups etc.,\nLiaise with members, guests and assist in the Pro Shop when required,\nTo process and manage golf tee times bookings and enquiries,\nHandling golf tee time related enquiries via telephone calls, emails and online platforms,\nRecord tee time reservations ensuring that booking and guest details are recorded accurately on the reservation systems,\nCompile and distribute daily tee sheet and golf cart rental reports, as required, in relation to tee time bookings and availability,\nAssists in coordinating and providing assistance in Reservations Department.\nWe are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.If you believe you have suitable experience and qualifications, please apply online.\n\nApplication Process:\nClosing date:\n02 November 2026\nHow to apply: \nYou can apply online at https://www.fancourt.co.za/careers-job-listing/\n\nPLEASE NOTE:\nThe Company’s Employment Equity Plan will be taken into consideration with all appointments.
