In this role, the TPM will coordinate production delivery, manage changes, build clear roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and keep multiple teams aligned and moving. You'll work closely with data engineering teams and partner with product and business unit stakeholders across the organization to turn goals into well-structured, successfully delivered outcomes.\nTHE GAME PLAN\nEveryone on our team has a part to play\nBuild roadmaps and drive execution alongside stakeholders and cross-functional partners, keeping delivery on track.\nCoordinate and manage execution of production deployments end to end, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and keep everyone informed.\nManage changes, partnering closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure changes are safe, approved, and well-executed.\nLead projects, including environment migrations and end-user deliveries, from kickoff through successful completion.\nIndependently gather the information you need, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and keep programs moving\nProgressively build structure, process, and clarity in areas where workflows are not yet fully defined.\nCommunicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical audiences, in writing and verbally.\nTHE STATS\nWhat we’re looking for in our next teammate\n2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) leading cross-functional programs.\nHands-on experience coordinating production deployments and change management, ideally with Jira and Confluence.\nA track record of delivering projects such as environment migrations and end-user rollouts.\nStrong project and program management skills, including roadmap creation and execution.\nHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to stay effective under pressure.\nComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and bringing order to them over time.\nA proactive, curious mindset - you ask the right questions and continuously improve how things are done.\nStrong business and stakeholder orientation, with genuine motivation to work with data engineering teams.\nAdaptability in dynamic environments and the ability to work autonomously.\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience working directly with data engineering or data platform teams.\nFamiliarity with security, legal, or architecture review processes in a technical organization.\nABOUT FANDUEL\nFanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
