This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.\nTHE GAME PLAN\nEveryone on our team has a part to play\nEstablish and maintain consistent, repeatable deployment practices to reduce risk and improve quality.\nImplement structured release workflows that reduce production outages and business disruption.\nServe as the central point of communication, aligning engineering, QA, product, and operations to prevent bottlenecks and duplicate work.\nStreamline approvals and release workflows to improve time to market new features and updates.\nOversee comprehensive testing, validation, and risk assessments to prevent errors and protect customer experience.\nProvide day-to-day support for release management inquiries and requests.\nCoordinate scope of change, release details, and documentation generation\nMaintain clear rollback plans to enable rapid recovery from deployment issues.\nBalance competing needs, resources, and timelines to keep releases on track.\nAllow engineering teams to focus on development by managing the coordination and orchestration of release activities.\nPlan and schedule environment refreshes to ensure data accuracy and alignment across development, testing, and production systems.\nManage sandbox creation, updates, and general upkeep to support development and QA activities.\nSalesforce Expertise: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Chatbot, Communities, Analytics Studio, Data Cloud, Agentforce\nDefine and communicate production deployment windows to minimize business impact and ensure smooth release execution.\nWork with stakeholders across the Technology and Product Engineering org\nStrong presentation and documentation skills\nTrain and educate engineers and stakeholders on release management\nDeliver accurate and timely insight reporting in-line with key release related metrics to stakeholders.\nTHE STATS\nWhat we're looking for in our next teammate\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Technology\n4-6 years of progressive software development experience with a minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce deployment\nExperience managing the delivery of application change in an agile environment\nExperience with Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce\nProven track record implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations\nExperience of planning, scheduling, implementing releases in a demanding, fast-paced environmentrequiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governance\nStrong Experience in Copado\nStrong programming skills in multiple languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines\nProven ability to think and move quickly, managing difficult trade-offs to meet deadlines\nSalesforce certifications is preferred\nABOUT FANDUEL\nFanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada.
