Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.\n\nImplement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.\n\nMay maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.\n\nPartner directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into scalable, high-value technical solutions.\n\nDesign and develop full-stack applications that enable critical business and financial reporting capabilities across the enterprise\n\nBuild and maintain robust APIs, driving seamless integration with enterprise platforms and backend services.\n\nDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries to produce high-quality, trusted datasets for reporting and analytics consumption.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support business-critical reporting and informed decision-making.\n\nSimplify and modernize complex systems, improving efficiency, scalability, and reducing operational overhead and cost\n\nContribute to the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native solutions within AWS.\n\nCollaborate across engineering, business, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with measurable business impact.\n\nTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\nMinimum Required Experiences:\n2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building full stack, Java-based web applications\n\nStrong full stack development experience using Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Angular or similar frameworks\n\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud services and developing cloud-native applications (S3, EC2, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS)\n\nProven experience building ETL pipelines and scalable data processing solutions\n\nStrong experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL development, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets\n\nExperience with DevOps tools including GitLab and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform preferred)\n\nSolid understanding of scalable, distributed system design principles and architecture\n\nExperience working with financial or reporting datasets is highly preferred\n\nExperience partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver solutions\n\nExperience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams\n\nShows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work\n\nDesired Experiences:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n\nExperience with financial data models and enterprise reporting systems\n\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes\n\nExperience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform\n\nSingle Family - Software Engineering - Senior Associate\nTarget Pay Range: $123,000 - $161,000 a year\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-ME1\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
