Join Fannie Mae to grow your career and help people find a place to call home.\nJob Description\nAs a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.\nTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE\nThe Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:\nEndpoint Management\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.\n\nManage endpoint lifecycle processes including provisioning, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and retirement.\n\nDevelop and maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and security baselines.\n\nSupport migration and coexistence strategies between Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.\n\nWindows Engineering\nAdminister and support Windows 11 enterprise environments.\n\nCreate and manage standardized endpoint configurations and operating system deployment strategies.\n\nEvaluate new Microsoft endpoint technologies and recommend improvements to the workplace computing environment.\n\nProvide advanced troubleshooting for complex Windows platform issues.\n\nAutomation & Scripting\nDevelop PowerShell automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.\n\nCreate automated remediation, reporting, compliance validation, and deployment processes.\n\nUse Microsoft Graph APIs to automate endpoint administration, reporting, and device lifecycle activities.\n\nEndpoint Security & Compliance\nImplement endpoint security standards and compliance controls.\n\nManage device compliance policies, encryption, security baselines, and conditional access requirements.\n\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain regulatory compliance.\n\nMonitor endpoint health, risk, and policy adherence across enterprise device fleets.\n\nAutopilot & Provisioning\nDesign and support Windows Autopilot deployments.\n\nTroubleshoot enrollment, provisioning, and Enrollment Status Page issues.\n\nImplement zero-touch deployment and device onboarding strategies.\n\nOptimize user experience during provisioning and device refresh initiatives.\n\nAdvanced Troubleshooting\nLead root cause analysis of complex endpoint management and policy deployment issues.\n\nTroubleshoot Microsoft Intune, MDM, compliance, device registration, and identity integration issues.\n\nSupport Tier 3 escalation activities for endpoint-related incidents and outages.\n\nMinimum Required Experiences:\n2 years of Windows endpoint engineering or endpoint management experience.\n\nMicrosoft Intune administration experience.\n\nWindows 11 engineering and troubleshooting expertise.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows Autopatch.\n\nAdvanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\n\nExperience managing Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID device management.\n\nStrong understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.\n\nExperience supporting large enterprise endpoint environments.\n\nShows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.\n\nDesired Experiences:\nBachelor degree or equivalent\n\nWorkspace ONE administration experience.\n\nSCCM/MECM experience.\n\nWindows Autopilot deployment expertise.\n\nExperience with Conditional Access and Zero Trust initiatives.\n\nEndpoint analytics and reporting experience.\n\nMicrosoft certifications in Intune, Endpoint Administrator, or related technologies.\n\nExperience supporting hybrid and cloud-native device management architectures.\n\nTarget Pay Range: $123,000.00 - 161,000.00 a year\nInternal Job Title: End User Services - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate\n#LI-JM1 #LI-Hybrid\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
