The Associate Dean facilitates the ongoing review of existing programs and the development of new programs to reflect changing market conditions, technological advances, workforce requirements, and emerging industry needs in aerospace, aviation, information technology, cybersecurity, defence, and related sectors, in alignment with the College's strategic plan.\nThe Associate Dean conducts investigations of complaints from students and staff and initiates appropriate problem-solving processes.
