solutions that enhance data discovery and user experience.\nThe ideal candidate has experience building modern React and Node.js applications, designing scalable search platforms with Elasticsearch, and integrating AI/LLM technologies into enterprise solutions while working within Agile and DevSecOps environments.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in Lean Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives\nCollaborate with product owners, engineers, operations, cybersecurity, and testing teams to deliver scalable software solutions\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications\nBuild modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript\nDevelop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express, or comparable frameworks\nDesign, implement, and optimize enterprise search solutions using Elasticsearch\nDevelop AI-powered search capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications to enhance search, knowledge retrieval, and user workflows\nDesign and implement data ingestion pipelines supporting search indexing, document chunking, embeddings, and vector search\nDevelop detailed technical designs, interface specifications, and supporting documentation\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business and mission requirements into technical solutions\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure software quality and reliability\nTrack vendor software releases, upgrades, and patch management activities\nUtilize DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to automate software development, testing, and deployment\nSupport cloud-native application development within AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments\nRequired Qualifications\n Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph\nExperience working in Lean Agile software development environments\nExperience developing enterprise software applications throughout the full software development lifecycle\nExperience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, or AI-assisted retrieval systems\nExperience translating customer requirements into scalable technical designs\nExperience designing system interfaces and application architectures\nExperience developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript\nExperience developing RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks\nExperience troubleshooting web technologies, web services, SSL, and internet-based application protocols\nExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Karma\nExperience using DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Nexus, or similar CI/CD platforms\nExperience designing, deploying, and tuning Elasticsearch environments, including indexing strategies, querying, relevance optimization, and scalability\nExperience designing or implementing data pipelines supporting search, document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, and RAG workflows\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDesired Qualifications\nRecent experience supporting Agile development within Intelligence Community or other secure government environments\nExperience evaluating, selecting, and integrating commercial or open-source Large Language Models into enterprise applications\nExperience with vector databases, hybrid search architectures, semantic search, and relevance optimization\nExperience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers on
