This position will work within a collaborative Agile team alongside software engineers, data engineers, and mission stakeholders to develop scalable data pipelines, optimize cloud-based data platforms, and enable the efficient movement and transformation of data across complex environments.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance enterprise ETL processes and data pipelines\nBuild Python-based solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and processing\nIntegrate structured and unstructured data across multiple systems and environments\nDesign and support scalable data solutions within AWS environments\nImprove data quality, platform performance, scalability, and operational efficiency\nTroubleshoot data issues and support production operations and system sustainment\nDevelop automation to improve the reliability and performance of data engineering processes\nSupport testing, deployment, and maintenance of data platform capabilities\nParticipate in Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews\nDevelop technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be fully cleared with a recent polygraph\n Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience\nApproximately 4-8 years of professional data engineering, software engineering, or related experience\nDemonstrated experience designing and maintaining ETL processes and enterprise data pipelines\nStrong Python development experience\nHands-on AWS experience with services such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, and S3\nExperience supporting scalable data platforms and production data workflows\nUnderstanding of data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization\nExperience working within Agile software development environments\nDesired Qualification\nExperience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration platforms\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes\nInfrastructure as Code experience using Terraform\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and distributed processing frameworks\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving
