This position combines cloud engineering, system administration, software development, scripting, and network expertise to maintain and enhance complex mission-critical infrastructure.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, cloud-based networking, Linux system administration, API integrations, automation, and multiple programming and scripting languages. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, maintaining systems, automating operational processes, and supporting secure data environments.\nResponsibilities\nEngineer, administer, and maintain cloud-based environments with very high data security requirements\nSupport AWS cloud services and integrate applications and systems through APIs\nPerform Linux system administration, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)\nPerform operating system patching, server installations, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware and patch levels\nDevelop scripts and automation using Python, C++, Perl, Windows shell, and related technologies\nSupport cloud engineering activities, including automated DynamoDB table updates\nTroubleshoot complex cloud platform, infrastructure, operating system, and application issues\nProvide technical input and recommendations for troubleshooting tools and operational improvements\nSupport Linux and Android operating system environments\nDevelop and maintain software and system components using Python and C++\nAssist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of secure cloud-based networks\nCollaborate with technical teams to maintain system availability, security, and operational performance\nDocument configurations, troubleshooting procedures, system changes, and technical solutions\nRequired Qualifications\n Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph\nDemonstrated experience with cloud-based networks operating under very high data security requirements\nDemonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services, including API configurations and integrations\nExperience with programming languages and environments including:Python\nC++\nLinux\nWindows shell\nExperience with operating systems including Linux and Android\nExperience with scripting languages including Python, C++, and Perl\nStrong Linux system administration experience, including RHEL\nExperience performing system patching, server installations, firmware upgrades, and testing across firmware and patch levels\nHands-on cloud engineering experience\nExperience automating DynamoDB table updates\nExperience troubleshooting cloud platforms and complex infrastructure issues\nAbility to evaluate and recommend troubleshooting tools and technical solutions\n\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with analog and digital communications, including satellite, terrestrial television, AM, and FM radio\nExperience with video codecs and streaming technologies\nExperience with video encoding equipment and associated processes\nExperience supporting specialized broadcast systems, radio systems, or television and radio signal devices\nExperience with IP network routing and switching\nExperience installing, configuring, and operating broadcast equipment\nExperience supporting scalable or portable remote communications
