hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript knowledge, and experience working within Agile software development environments.\nResponsibilities\nProvide operations and maintenance support for existing ServiceNow applications and instances\nDesign and develop new ServiceNow applications based on customer requirements\nCreate and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)\nDevelop and modify ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and record producers\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow portals\nCreate automated notifications, reports, and daily reporting capabilities\nManage and optimize workflow processes within ServiceNow\nDevelop and integrate web application APIs\nSupport Microsoft SQL Server databases and related application integrations\nParticipate in Agile development activities and track requirements and issues using JIRA\nSupport application lifecycle activities, including development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and documentation\nIncorporate information security requirements and policies into technical solutions and documentation\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated ServiceNow development, administration, and workflow management experience\nExperience developing ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs\nExperience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, record producers, portals, notifications, and reporting\nStrong JavaScript development experience\nExperience developing within an Agile environment and using JIRA\nExperience supporting and administering Microsoft SQL Server\nFamiliarity with MySQL and PHP scripting\nFamiliarity with Windows Server installation and configuration\nFamiliarity with web application APIs\nFamiliarity with incorporating information security policies into technical requirements\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server\nExperience with object-oriented programming\nFamiliarity with Linux and Windows operating environments\nExperience supporting the software development lifecycle, including formal reviews and milestones\nExperience supporting secure government or Intelligence Community technical environments\nExperience delivering technical briefings to management and stakeholders\nStrong communication skills with the ability to
