You will define next-generation robotics solutions for industrial and logistics applications, collaborate on solution architecture design, and drive product development planning and execution, taking products from concept validation through mass production and commercialization.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine next-generation robotics solutions for industrial and logistics: dive deep into warehousing, sorting, material handling, and production-line logistics scenarios; deliver product vision, roadmap, and PRDs.\nLead solution architecture design: collaborate with algorithm, software, and hardware teams to design end-to-end solutions spanning robot platforms, fleet management systems, and WMS / ERP integrations.\nDrive product development planning and execution: develop project plans and key milestones, track R&D progress, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.\nConduct market and competitive research, identify product opportunities, and build business cases and product strategies.\nServe as the bridge between Sales, customers, and R&D teams; support pre-sales solutioning, customer demos, and pilot project deployments.\nOwn full product lifecycle management; iterate continuously based on customer feedback and data to safeguard product competitiveness and profitability.\nSupport the Industrial & Logistics Ecosystem PLE in driving end-to-end business execution, including ecosystem development, product commercialization, customer solution delivery, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on achieving business growth, revenue, and profitability objectives.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience as a product manager, solutions architect, or in a related role, with a background in robotics, industrial automation, or logistics.\nFamiliarity with warehousing and logistics scenarios; knowledge of mainstream technologies and solutions such as AGV / AMR, automated sortation, and WMS.\nExcellent requirements analysis, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.\nFamiliarity with agile development processes; able to independently drive complex projects to completion.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with mobile robots (AMR / AGV) or industrial robotics products / solutions preferred.\nExperience in solution architecture design or pre-sales technical solutioning preferred.\nTrack record of leading robotics projects from 0 to 1 into mass production preferred.\nFluent English;
