This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of apartment homes, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. \n Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance emergencies, ensuring timely and professional resolution. \n Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and proper operation. \n Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services as needed. \n Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment status, and inventory of supplies. \n Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable housing regulations. \n Assist with unit turns, including preparing vacant apartments for new residents. \n Support the overall upkeep of the community, including common areas, amenities, and curb appeal. \n Assist in managing maintenance supplies and staying within budget guidelines.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
