This is a hands-on role involving the design, schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, and testing of high-density electronics. Depending on your background and interests, you may work on RF, mixed-signal, digital, or power electronics, contributing to everything from antenna circuitry to control and interface boards. You will work closely with experienced engineers across RF, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines, gaining exposure to the full product development cycle from initial design through production.\nResponsibilities\nDesign schematics and PCB layouts for RF, mixed-signal, digital, and power electronics, depending on areas of expertise.\nContribute to component selection and engineering design decisions, considering electrical performance, power consumption, thermal constraints, and cost.\nSupport PCB/PCBA fabrication, assembly, and bring-up, working with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.\nDevelop and execute test plans, using laboratory equipment to validate circuit performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve designs.\nCollaborate with RF, systems, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers to integrate electronics into complete antenna systems.\nSupport design verification, reliability testing, and the transition of products from prototype to production.\nRequired Experience\nExperience with schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar tools.\nWorking knowledge of analog, digital, RF, or power electronics, with hands-on experience in at least one of these areas.\nFamiliarity with signal integrity, power integrity, transmission lines, and basic PCB design principles.\nHands-on experience with electronic circuit testing, debugging, and laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.\nBasic understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly, and design for manufacturability (DFM).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.\nMaster’s degree is a plus.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nExperience designing and laying out high-density PCBs, including HDI technology and fine-pitch BGA components.\nFamiliarity with RF design principles, transmission lines, impedance matching, and RF PCB layout.\nExperience with high-speed digital interfaces, signal integrity, or power management circuitry.\nHands-on experience testing RF systems, active antenna modules, or phased arrays.\nFamiliarity with PCB manufacturing, DFM/DFT, and transitioning electronics from prototype to production.\nExperience with GNSS/INS systems, including antennas and associated electronics.\nExperience developing electronics for high-reliability applications, including aerospace, aviation, or automotive systems.\nBase Salary\nFinal compensation package will include a competitive base salary, meaningful company stock options, and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.
