have responsibilities across the following functions:\nLead Enterprise Implementations:\nOwn enterprise implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live.\nDrive implementation planning, execution, adoption and customer satisfaction.\nCoordinate stakeholders across client organisations and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.\nIdentify implementation risks early and proactively resolve delivery challenges.\nDrive Client Requirements and Solution Design:\nEngage with client operations and functional teams to understand their business processes, challenges and desired outcomes.\nChallenge assumptions, clarify requirements and translate business needs into actionable solution designs.\nAdvise client working teams on implementation choices and operational requirements.\nEnsure solutions address the underlying business problem rather than simply executing predefined requests.\nInfluence Product Development:\nTranslate client requirements into structured, reusable product requirements.\nPartner with Product and Engineering to prioritise requirements and resolve implementation dependencies.\nIdentify opportunities to build scalable capabilities instead of one-off client customisations.\nBring implementation insights into product decisions and help improve the platform across customers.\nLead and Develop Teams:\nManage and develop a team of analysts across different experience levels.\nBuild team capabilities in business problem-solving, client communication, requirements management, integrations and APIs.\nCoach team members to take ownership of implementation delivery and product-related problem-solving.\nMaintain high standards of execution, customer engagement and analytical rigour.\nManage Complex Programmes:\nEstablish clear timelines, milestones, responsibilities and dependencies.\nCoordinate execution across client stakeholders, Product and Engineering.\nMonitor delivery progress, resolve bottlenecks and manage competing priorities.\nMaintain programme discipline and ensure implementations progress without avoidable delays.\nRequirements:\nApproximately 6-10 years of relevant experience, depending on level and demonstrated career progression.\nExperience in enterprise implementation, programme management, solution design or a closely related client-facing role.\nDemonstrated personal ownership of complex enterprise implementations from requirements through go-live.\nStrong ability to understand client business problems and translate them into practical solutions.\nExperience managing and developing teams, preferably analysts or solution-engineering professionals.\nStrong programme management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, dependency management and risk resolution.\nComfort working with Product and Engineering teams on integrations, APIs and solution requirements.\nA structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.\nExperience working with large enterprise customers in India or Southeast Asia.\nAbility to work in a hybrid setup in Noida and travel to customer sites across Southeast Asia.\nPreferred Background:\nExperience in consulting or analytics firms with a consult-and-execute operating model.\nExperience in scaled consumer-internet, logistics or technology businesses.\nExposure to logistics, supply chain or enterprise SaaS environments.\nExperience working in both structured organisations and fast-paced
