Drawing on your strong understanding of commercial lending practices and financial analysis, you'll develop realistic solutions, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and minimize potential losses.\nAre you known for your sound judgment, relationship-building skills and analytical abilities? If so, this role could be for you.\nWhat you'll do\nAnalyze financial statements in order to assess the customer's financial situation and identify viable recovery options\nNegotiate repayment agreements, loan amendments and other solutions with customers and affected third parties\nWork with solicitors, creditors and other specialists to protect FCC's interests\nOversee the monitoring and implementation of action plans to address account issues\nProvide coaching, mentorship and guidance to credit specialists and internal partners\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business, agricultural finance or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)\nMinimum seven years of relevant experience in commercial credit or complex account management\nExtensive knowledge of commercial lending and recovery practices\nProven expertise in financial analysis, negotiation and restructuring of complex files\nStrong understanding of credit laws and recovery practices\nProficiency with computer tools and software applications\nProven experience providing coaching and mentorship\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience working with customers in the agribusiness, food or agricultural production sectors\nExperience collaborating with external stakeholders such as solicitors, bankruptcy trustees or receivers\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment\nNot sure you meet every requirement?
