tecnologías y soluciones para optimizar el desempeño de las aplicaciones.\n\n Guiar y desarrollar técnicamente al equipo mediante mentoría y transferencia de conocimientos.\n\n Analizar requerimientos y definir soluciones técnicamente viables en coordinación con Product Owners y otros actores.\n\n Requisitos Formación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras relacionadas.\n\n Experiencia: 3 a 4 años de experiencia laboral, con 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el cargo.\n\n Conocimientos técnicos: Desarrollo de aplicaciones con lenguajes como Java, C#, Python o JavaScript.\n\n Experiencia con frameworks como Spring, .NET, React, Angular u otros relevantes.\n\n Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban.\n\n Experiencia participando en proyectos de desarrollo de software.\n\n Inglés: Nivel intermedio.\n\n Competencias Capacidad de análisis\n\n Orientación a resultados\n\n Razonamiento estratégico\n\n Control y supervisión\n\n Resolución de
