This position is highly floor-focused and requires active visibility in the production environment, with at least 80% of working time spent on the production floor conducting observations, supporting employee communication, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring corrective actions are completed timely.\nKey Responsibilities\nSpend a minimum of 80% of working time actively present on the production floor.\n\nConduct safety observations, inspections, and audits.\n\nIdentify unsafe conditions and behaviors and ensure corrective actions are completed.\n\nAssist with incident investigations and documentation.\n\nSupport safety training, huddles, and employee communication.\n\nMaintain accurate safety records and documentation.\n\nMonitor compliance with company safety policies and procedures.\n\nWork directly with supervisors, leads, and employees to address safety concerns.\n\nPromote and reinforce a strong safety culture throughout the facility.\n\nFollow up on corrective actions and ensure safety concerns are addressed timely.\n\nCompensation: $62,000\nBenefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
