This role helps ensure product is handled safely, pallets are stacked properly, and production areas are supported based on business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nLift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties. \nStack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety. \nPerform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks. \nWork throughout various departments to assist where needed. \nSupport production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials. \nFollow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment. \nPrevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, or safety concerns. \nFollow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable. \nMaintain a clean and safe working environment. \nFollow company policies, department procedures, and production standards. \nLearn and perform general labor duties. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nBenefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth. Team members may work in varying temperatures, wet or humid conditions, elevated noise levels, and around dust, food-processing chemicals, and moving equipment. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and regularly lifting and moving materials weighing 45 to 75 pounds. Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing and eye protection, hair nets, and beard nets, must be worn as applicable.\nThis position does not have an application deadline.
