Available offerings may include weekly payroll, paid time off and sick leave, semi-subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision plan options, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement opportunities, employee assistance programs (EAP), and internal learning, development, and career growth programs.\nAll benefits, programs, and offerings are subject to eligibility requirements, plan terms, and company policies, and may be changed, amended, or discontinued by Farmer Focus at any time.\nQualifications \nSkills: o Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. o Basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, percentages). o Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision. o Proficient in maintaining organized and legible records.\nEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements\nWhen in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. \nMay be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. \nMay handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. \nMay be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db.\nMay be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facilities.\nPerform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time; walking, lift and carry boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.\nNew team members must be able to pass a drug and alcohol post-offerand prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel\nThis position is required to access the poultry production environment and must be able to tolerate varying heat, wet, damp, cold, and chilled conditions within the plant. The role requires constant walking throughout the plant to pick up and deliver products, as well as frequent standing and bending. Team members must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Hearing and eye protective equipment are required in production areas, and team members are required to wear hair and beard nets where applicable. This role is on-site and does not require travel.\nThis position does not have an application deadline.
