computer.\nTroubleshoot the automation system using various PLC programs.\nMonitor and troubleshoot HMI Systems, making adjustments or modifications as needed.\nPerform checks and calibration of plant floor equipment.\nPerform scheduled maintenance work.\nPerform Completion of Documentation for scheduled maintenance work.\nHelp plant production personnel troubleshoot production problems.\nMaintain the Controls system.\nOversee the everyday automation activities of the manufacturing plant. \nInstall and test systems.\nMake program changes as needed to help the production areas run more efficiently. \nResolve and repair all system faults and anomalies. \nCalibrate instruments throughout the plant.\nUnderstand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, and immediately report any potential food safety issues to management.\nMaintain and inspect automation equipment, technologies and processes.\nProvide technical assistance for automation problems to operators and managers.\nMake adjustments or modifications to existing PLC Programs.\nHelp plant production personnel troubleshoot production problems. \nConduct work in a safe manner and abide by all company safety policies.\nTroubleshoot electrical circuits, motors and equipment controls. \nPerform all functions that consist of Maximo (Computerized Maintenance Program).\nPerform basic mechanical duties in the plant as needed.\nHelp troubleshoot and maintain the plant.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities:\nThis position uses electrical measuring equipment i.e. Fluke Multimeter and Process Meter.\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.\nSafety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\nSupport safety policies and programs.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nWhat we are looking for to deliver these results: \nEducation Required:\nAssociate’s or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology or related field required.\nEquivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.\nExperience Required:\nMinimum three (3) years of related experience preferred.\nExperience with reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics including knowledge of redlining schematics for updates required.\nExperience with wiring electrical control panels or equipment remote actuators and inputs and outputs required.\nExperience planning, selecting, testing, installing and maintaining equipment and other types of systems required.\n4-20mA control Loops.\nMotor Control Centers utilizing voltages from 120vac to 480vac.\nInstall and program Variable Frequency Drives.\nSound wiring principals and techniques.\nTroubleshooting using Electrical prints, PLC logic, and measuring equipment.\nUnderstanding P&ID’s.\nSkills Required:\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.\nAbility to apply logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.\nResult driven, bottom-line orientated, strives to exceed goals, and motivates self and others to achieve positive outcomes.\nAbility to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think analysis).\nIntermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.\nIntermediate skills using Rockwell Automation software.\nIntermediate Auto CAD
