He contributes to the improvement and upkeep of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices.\nA clear framework that enables you to take ownership:\nRecognition of years of service in calculating vacation time.\nFlexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine service.\nEmployee assistance program.\nOpportunity to invest in you (Career Path, etc.).\nPension plan including employer contributions.\nSalary range 005: $84,600 to $105,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)\nWhat you will take ownership of on a daily basis:\nManage maintenance employees with a focus on engagement, accountability, and skills development.\nEnsure the application of the collective agreement while promoting a business-partnership approach with all site stakeholders.\nCoordinate and supervise maintenance activities through work orders in the CMMS and by issuing various work permits.\nParticipate in work prioritization in collaboration with the plant’s various stakeholders.\nContribute to failure analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and problem-solving efforts with work teams.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety, environmental, sanitation, and quality programs, including the implementation of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, SQF).\nLead performance meetings with the maintenance team.\nActively participate in plant committees and support the deployment of various projects.\nApprove and monitor worked hours, vacation requests, and scheduling.\nThe profile that can truly own the role:\nDiploma in Industrial Maintenance.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience supervising teams in a unionized environment.\nExperience in the food processing or manufacturing industry.\nTechnical experience in automation, networking, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, or related fields.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software.\nAn environment where commitment and accountability are recognized.\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do.\nWe believe in working together, speaking honestly, taking ownership, and creating value in everything we deliver.
