Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm & Friday 9am-1:30pm
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
Nurture leads, generate referrals, and network within your community
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after each sale
Work toward personal sales goals and long-term client relationships
Stay current on new products and industry trends

What We’re Looking For
Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, positive attitude
Able to manage multiple priorities
Willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty Insurance License
