In this role, you will be a core part of interdisciplinary teams designing and delivering projects in a wide variety of market sectors. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded designer excited to grow their career alongside the firm. As an Architectural Associate III, you will receive a well-rounded AXP experience. This opening is best suited for an energetic individual who is currently working on AXP hours, and has completed 1 or more ARE exams, or been recently licensed. \nWhat You'll Do:\nAssists the client/project manager with the development of project proposals, cost and scope\nPrepares design and construction documents using the appropriate standards and works directly with consultants. Understands the relationship between drawings, specifications, and other construction documents\nAssists project managers with construction administration tasks such as attending OAC meetings, writing reports, taking minutes, reviewing shop drawings and submittals\nExercises independent judgment, coordinating decision making with the project lead\nWorks as part of a team including communication and coordination with team members in architecture and other disciplines.\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, required; degree must be from an accredited university\n5-8 years of work experience in an architectural office\nLEED accreditation preferred\nProficient use of Revit required\nExperience with AutoCAD and Navisworks, preferred\nExperience with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, preferred \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong proficiencies in design and graphics software\nCompensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.\nColorado Pay Transparency\n$67,000—$95,000 USD\nWho We Are:\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm where your career can thrive!
