We are looking for a highly motivated professional to help grow our presence in the municipal, commercial, and higher education markets. In this role, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage projects from design through construction, and build strong client relationships while contributing to marketing and business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines, and be part of a rapidly growing office supported by Farnsworth Group's established national architectural practice.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nUnderstand all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, project management, execution and living design.\nUnderstand and respond to technical implications, design decisions and project financial goals.\nCoordinate project documentation development and the production of deliverable drawings and specifications.\nManage project Quality Assurance and adherence with FGI standards\nLead project coordination efforts among internal disciplines (architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, structural and MEP engineering) and with external consultants.\nCommunicate with clients related to project technical matters.\nAdminister project regulatory reviews (building code, accessibility, zoning) and coordination with, and submission to, authorities having jurisdiction.\nLead construction contract administration responsibilities including: submittal review and response, RFI review and response, field observation and reporting and project closeout.\nMaintain awareness of evolving building technology and engineering systems relevant to project work.\nContribute to project marketing pursuits, proposal preparation and interviews.\nDemonstrate strong and effective communication, decision making and collaboration, which inspires high team performance.\nMentor junior staff through project work, technical guidance, and day-to-day support \nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s Degree Architecture, from an accredited program, required; Masters preferred\nRegistered Architect (NCARB preferred, but not required)\n10+ years of work experience in architectural design and planning within core markets\nDemonstrated project management and supervisory experience\nSuccess in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships\nProficient use of Revit a plus.\nExperience with Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred \nExceptional interpersonal communication skills\nExcellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills\nCompensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.\nColorado Pay Transparency\n$88,000—$115,000 USD\nWho We Are:\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm where your career can thrive!
