In this role, you will be a part of several project teams tasked with a supporting role to the Project Managers by overseeing and executing on a variety of necessary tasks. Successful candidates will be very detailed oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. This position is a very “team focused\", requiring the ability to work and communicate within a group environment daily.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport PMs in development of workplans and resource planning.\nLiaise with architects, engineers, project managers, and other project team members to update project plans and help identify project issues.\nSupport PMs by facilitating project setup and execution through the development, tracking, and management of online project platforms and project information, including but not limited to data management, analytics, data visualization, document control, and schedule management.\nDocument control and quality assurance for a variety of complex documents.\nManage project logs with PMs including RFI, submittals, and change orders.\nProcess administrative aspects of the project management process, with minimal direction.\nSupport PMs preparation for project reviews, as needed.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat You'll Need\nAssociates Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience\n3-5 years support experience, preferably with an Architectural/Engineering or legal firm\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nUnderstanding of the Architecture/Engineering industry is preferred.\nAbility to work within a team in support of common goals.\nFlexibility to adjust between various tasks to meet PMs requests while setting and managing deadlines.\nAbility to streamline functions along with a passion to learn and grow.\nExperience utilizing enterprise resources planning software (Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint) is a plus.\nProven communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated / driven.\nPosition is a Salary Exempt, Full-Time.
