This senior leadership role will be pivotal in positioning our company for growth by leveraging best practices, training, and scaling efforts across the organization. The AMT Electrical Team, under your leadership, will address the complexities of advanced manufacturing projects, build a dedicated AMT Electrical team, and support utilization of additional Farnsworth Group resources as needed. This remote-based role is posted and available for candidates not local to an existing Farnsworth Group location. \nWhat You'll Do:\nLead and build the AMT Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.\nBuild and manage a dedicated team of AMT subject matter experts.\nDevelop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies for growth of AMT Electrical Services.\nProvide senior leadership oversight and facilitation for the growing multi-discipline Phoenix office.\nFoster and enhance the Farnsworth Group culture, integrating various disciplines.\nCollaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.\nEnsure the successful and quality execution of complex advanced manufacturing projects.\nInterfacing with clients, resource planning, project oversight, etc.\nWhat You'll Need:\nProven record of accomplishment of effective leadership in both large and small company environments\n15+ years of technical electrical engineering experience and professional license registration.\nExtensive experience in staff development, team building, and mentoring.\nStrong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to make an immediate positive impact.\nPositive \"get it done\" attitude with a focus on achieving results.\nAccomplished leader with the ability to build and manage a team effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nEnjoys challenges and problem-solving in complex situations.\nWho We Are:\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm where your career can thrive!
