In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEngineer, support, and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design\nDevelop and mentor staff\nCollaborate with other disciplines\nDevelop and maintain Client Relations\nEstablish and maintain budgets and schedules\nWork in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program\n15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience\nLicensed Illinois Professional Engineer (PE)\nExperience working on and with IDOT, County, and Local Agency projects\nProven leadership skills with engineering staff\nStrong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment\nAbility to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects\nAbility to contribute to several projects simultaneously\nWorking experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.\nWho We Are:\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm where your career can thrive!
