In this role, you will work closely with our other offices as you grow and lead a client focused, technically excellent transportation and traffic engineering team to serve local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning, design, and construction projects. \nWhat You'll Do:\nManage and lead projects and teams related to transportation planning and design, traffic studies, and/or construction engineering\nDevelop and Mentor Staff\nCollaborate with other disciplines\nClient Relations\nNew Business Development\nEstablish and maintain budgets and schedules\nWork in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company \n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program\n15+ years transportation and / or structural experience with diverse project experience\nLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)\nExperience working on and with MODOT, County and Local Agency projects and have established relationships with these clients\nProven leadership skills with engineering staff\nStrong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment\nAbility to effectively manage clients and projects\nAbility to effectively participate and lead marketing activities\nAbility to contribute to several projects simultaneously\nWorking experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation and Geopak\nWho We Are:\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural engineering and surveying firm where your career can thrive!
