This is not a passive role. You’ll translate business needs into functional setups, design solutions from scratch, and ensure every implementation delivers measurable business value.\nYou’ll:\nLead end-to-end implementation projects from scoping through go-live, working directly with finance and controlling teams\n\nRun client workshops, discovery sessions, and training to understand processes, define requirements, and drive adoption\n\nDesign and configure planning models, reporting structures, workflows, and user roles in the Farseer platform\n\nAnalyze customer data, map processes, and build scalable solutions that solve real business problems\n\nManage expectations and guide clients through change - navigating complexity, resistance, and ambiguity with confidence\n\nCoordinate with product, success, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and drive product improvements\n\nOwn documentation: implementation blueprints, configuration specs, user guides, and process frameworks\n\nTravel occasionally for onsite workshops and go-live support (B category driver’s license required)\n\nWhat we're looking for\nWe’re looking for a senior implementation professional with 5+ years of delivering complex software or enterprise solutions. You’ve led projects from scope to go-live, not just participated in them.\nYou might come from:\nSenior consultant at IT, digital transformation, or enterprise software consultancy\n\nERP/CRM/DWH/SaaS implementation lead\n\nSolution consultant or delivery consultant with cross-functional project exposure\n\nProfessional services role at a scale-up or enterprise software company\n\nWhat matters is that you:\nLead, don’t just execute:\nRun client workshops, discovery sessions, and training - you don’t just attend\n\nManage expectations and guide clients through change\n\nNavigate difficult situations with confidence and build authority through clarity\n\nTranslate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements\n\nStructure ambiguous problems:\nDesign processes and frameworks from scratch when no standard solution exists\n\nUse advanced Excel to model scenarios, validate logic, and structure complex information\n\nDefine what needs to be done rather than wait for detailed instructions\n\nOperate confidently in data-heavy environments\n\nOwn outcomes, not just tasks:\nTake full ownership of implementation outcomes, not just configurations\n\nOperate with autonomy and minimal supervision\n\nDeliver until the actual business problem is solved, not just until the task is complete\n\nMake decisions confidently and stand behind them\n\nAdapt fast:\nWork effectively when processes aren’t predefined or environments are rapidly changing\n\nIdentify process gaps and proactively close them\n\nSpot opportunities for improvement and initiate action\n\nHave the technical foundation:\nKnow your way around data structures - dimensions, hierarchies, members, and how they connect\n\nUnderstand core data concepts: fact vs dimension tables, star vs snowflake schemas\n\nExperience with BI platforms, reporting systems, or data pipelines\n\nCan specify and review technical requirements, even if you’re not building them yourself\n\nBonus (but not required)\nExperience with FP&A, accounting, or controlling processes\n\nBackground in ERP, BI, EPM systems (Hyperion, PBCS, IBM TM1, Anaplan, Pigment)\n\nFinancial modeling expertise\n\nBasic familiarity with PL/SQL, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript\n\nEducation in economics, finance, or IT -
