prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn\nBook qualified meetings between advisors and our Directors\nRun discovery to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing, and develop early-stage deals\nKeep the CRM clean and your pipeline up to date\nHit and exceed weekly meeting and activity targets\nThe Ideal Match\n2+ years of sales or recruiting experience\nA track record of meeting or exceeding quota\nYou enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch\nMotivated by variable comp, with clear goals for your career and earnings\nBachelor's degree\nBonus
