This is a hands-on, client-facing support role where you own the day-to-day - keeping the calendar running, clients taken care of, and your advisor free to focus on growing the business.\nIf you're organized, proactive, great on the phone, and love the details, this role was built for you.\nYour Impact\nManage the advisor's calendar and coordinate client appointments end-to-end\nServe as the first point of contact for incoming client calls - screen, respond, and resolve where you can\nLiaison between the advisor and Farther's centralized service team, tracking open items and keeping things moving\nHandle account administration: document uploads, client onboarding, service requests, and platform questions\nMaintain a meticulous CRM - client records, activity logs, and follow-up items always current\nSend monthly client communications, birthday cards, gifts, and coordinate client events\nProduce reports and support meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up\nBe a consistent, warm presence for clients who need help navigating the platform or have day-to-day questions\nThe Ideal Match\n1-4 years in a client-facing support, administrative, or operations role - financial services experience a plus but not required\nExceptional organization and attention to detail - you plan ahead, nothing slips, and clients never have to ask twice\nConfident and warm on the phone - you enjoy talking to clients and handle a wide range of questions with calm professionalism\nProactive by nature - you spot what needs to be done before being asked\nStrong written communication skills for client-facing emails and outreach\nComfortable picking up new tech platforms quickly\nAble to work hybrid from Bee Cave, TX\nBonus Points\nExperience in wealth management, financial services, or a similarly client-focused environment\nSeries 65 or equivalent license (or interest in getting licensed down the road)\nCRM proficiency (Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)\nYou're the person who remembers the kids' names and the dog's birthday - and people love you for it\nWhy Join Us\nWork directly alongside a 30+ year CFA/CMT-credentialed advisor - real exposure to how a high-performing wealth management practice runs\nClear growth path - strong performers can grow into a Relationship Manager or advisor-track role over time\nHybrid flexibility in Bee Cave, TX\nCompetitive comp ($60-80K) with room to grow as you do\nFull health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options\nUnlimited PTO\nReady to disrupt wealth management?
