Aufgaben

Deine Projektaufgabe:

Ziel deines Projekts ist es, die administrativen Serviceprozesse zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu optimieren. Dabei unterstützt Du die Standardisierung von Abläufen, verbesserst die Dokumentation und wirkst an der Optimierung der Service-Hotline sowie der Dispositionsprozesse mit.

Deine primären Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Administrative Unterstützung des Servicebereichs
  • Betreuung der Service-Hotline und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
  • Unterstützung der Disposition bei der Einsatzplanung unserer Servicetechniker*innen
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel und Servicedaten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung interner Serviceprozesse

Qualifikation

  • Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
