We pursue a range of diversified and highly sophisticated investment strategies that seek to profit from inefficiencies in the market structure and range from market making to cross-exchanges arbitrage.\nAbout the Role\nFasanara Digital is looking for a High-Frequency Trading Operations Engineer to help keep our trading platform running reliably. You will be the first line of response for issues across our trading infrastructure, working closely with development, quantitative research and trading teams, as well as external exchanges and brokers. This role suits someone who likes solving problems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and wants to build a career at the intersection of technology and financial markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor the trading infrastructure and investigate issues in real time, identifying root causes and driving them to resolution.\nTriage incidents and coordinate with development, quantitative research and trading teams so issues are prioritised and resolved efficiently.\nAct as the main point of contact with exchanges and brokers on operational matters, including connectivity problems, latency degradation and order rejections.\nTrack exchange API changes and upgrades, and coordinate their adoption across internal teams.\nSupport development teams in planning, testing and safely deploying system changes to production.\nUse the latest AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks and strengthen platform monitoring.\nRequirements\nA strong problem-solving mindset and a calm, methodical approach under pressure.\nClear, concise communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues.\nCuriosity, initiative and an eagerness to learn.
